We're on a mission to change theirs.

The PAWs Project was created to achieve our primary mission - keeping pets and people together by assisting pet owners facing financial hardship due to their pet's illness or critical injury.

We are committed to preventing surrender or economic euthanasia by providing financial assistance to ensure companion pets live out their fullest lives happy, healthy, and at home with those who love them.

Lost Pet Services, Inc. and Whiskers & Wags Foundation, Inc., dedicated animal welfare non-profits, are joining forces for a unique collaboration to assist pets requiring emergency veterinary care.

How We Help

Financial Assistance

PAWs Project helps those in need so a crisis doesn’t result in the surrender or unnecessary euthanasia of a beloved pet due to financial reasons.

Veterinary Services

PAWs Project works directly with the Veterinary Medical Center of LWR who provides 24/7 365 emergency veterinary services with overnight hospitalization. We collaborate with a network of other ER vets when the case does not require overnight care.

We are dedicated to keeping pets healthy, happy and home with the families they love by supplying safety-net services. No one should have to surrender or euthanize their pet due to a financial crisis.
